Otertinden was
first climbed by the Germans Kurd Endell and Wilhelm Martin in the
summer of 1911.
The original route starts from Signaldalen and follow the river
Lupphujohka up to the pass Luhppuráigi. It continues along the
South ridge before climbing the
South West face to
the summit.
